We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request & return most items sold by White Eastern Sdn Bhd within 7 days for a one-to-one replacement of the same product, or a full refund at merchandise retail value.
With White Eastern’s 7 days return policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Details of Goods Returns
1) You can return your purchase within 7 days upon delivery / collection.
2) Returned products must be in the same condition as you received, and in the original box and / or packaging.
3) All return shipping costs will be borne by customers, except rare possible delivery mistakes made by White Eastern that are not according to our official invoices.
4) All costs incurred for replacement / refunds due to inaccuracy of deliveries that differs from official invoices will be fully covered by White Eastern Sdn Bhd.
5) For returning of defect-free good, refunds / exchanges will not be granted if it have been worn, used, soiled, defaced, damaged or voluntarily altered.
6) Returns should be made only via registered courier / mailing services with mail tracking details, should there be cases if the returning parcels goes missing during the returning trip, White Eastern will not bare responsibility.
Ineligible Returns / Replacements
1) We will not accept returns or replacements for any item that has been worn, used, soiled, defaced, damaged or voluntarily altered.
2) Merchandise that is not returned in the condition as it was sent, will not be returnable / refundable and buyer will be obligated to the full purchase price.
3) If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund / exchange.
4) Items returned without preauthorization from White Eastern will not be accepted, and will be returned to sender.
5) Further damages caused to a damage reported item during the return, will also not be granted for refunds / exchanges.
Requesting Returns / Refunds for Merchandises
All returns have to be notified to White Eastern and pre-authorized before returning.

Processing of Returns
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail / sms to inform that your return has been processed. If you still have not received e-mail or written confirmation that your return has been processed, please kindly get back to us by e-mailing to our Customer Support Team at email@example.com.
All refunds will be in the form of store credits, which hold in-store cash value that can be used in your next order. Once your new order has been made, kindly notify us your new order ID number by forwarding back the earlier e-mail you used for your request for goods refund. We will process your new order accordingly. In-store credits will be in the form of “Reward Points” which hold cash value within our system, it can be spent within our company for purchase of products, however not transferable nor exchangable for cash in any circumstances.
